Blue Jays pitching prospect Kyle Ginley, currently with Dunedin, was the first pitcher in the minor leagues to win 10 games.
Ginley was 5-0 with a 1.24 ERA with Single-A Lansing before being promoted to Advanced-A Dunedun. In Dunedin Ginley is 5-0 with a 1.93 ERA, holding battings to just a .180 average.
"Last year was my first year, I was not really nervous but I didn’t really know what to expect. This year I’m working on hitting my spots and throwing four pitches for strikes. I’ve been working on my mechanics and finally got those pretty much sound."
