Claimed by the Blue Jays on Sept. 14 and reported to Syracuse (AAA). Was recalled by Toronto on September 21 in New York. Debuted that night as a pinch runner, stole a base and singled in his first plate appearance. Appeared in just two games for the Jays, making one start (3B) on the last day of the season was 2-for-4 with a triple & had two RBI in that contest.
